Hardly! This ruling sets in train a real legal train wreck for Israel. The mere ruling that there is a plausible case for genocide to be made means that such a case will be heard. Expect another ceasefire resolution based on the decision at the UNSC with an utterly humiliating and isolated US veto (I fully expect the UK and France will abstain.), another ICJ ruling in a month or so following Israel’s inevitable failure to comply with the orders of the Court. Europe takes at least the semblance of international law more seriously than the US.
It’s all very slow, but it grinds so fine!
