it is going to be difficult for the unrwa
managers to walk out of this mess clean
hard to imagine that a manager does not
know about what his/her employees are
doing
so quite probably the unrwa managers
did know about the overlapping between
the jihadis and the u.n. personnel
maybe even criminal charges towards
the managers will help curb future repeats
