Contrary to International Treaties and Laws the ICJ ruled that Israel must allow aid into Gaza. Israel is a sovereign state and as such its territorial integrity can not be challenged either by the UN or the ICJ. It can order that Israel not impede Egypt from allowing aid via Rafah. Even overflights are illegal and all aircraft flying into Israeli airspace without permission can be shot down.
It seems that the ICJ is not a court but either a kangaroo court or a mouthpiece for terrorists.
Israel has the right and obligation to defend its territorial integrity and its people from terrorism. Israel declared war on Hamas and is entitled to conduct that war any way it wants to ,in order to get its citizens back.
I hope that the Rafah incursion happens soon. Time is of the essence.
