Don’t they have antibiotics back home in his own country of Lithuania? Why does this man not realize that he is completely alien to the Middle East in every way? The only connection that he has to the Middle East is just fictional: that this man is a Hebrew who was returning home to Palestine – but that would be 100% impossible because DNA says that the Ashkenazi are in fact 100% European. This man is simply a parasite living on stolen Arab land!
