Re: Israel set to extend southern Lebanon presence after ceasefire deadline: Report

This seems like a important defensive strategy. South of the Litany Mason-Dixie Line has been for decades a major military staging area against Israel from the Iranian financed jihadis. If left unattended, it will soon return to become a risk for Israel. Now Iran has promised to send $1billion to the Hizzybilles of freshly printed banknotes. So it seems the work of the IDF will continue to help reduce the launching sites and arms depots. An endless chore, but one that needs to be addressed if the populations in northern Israel want to live a semi-safe life style.
