Re: Israel shoots at displaced Palestinians trying to return home to north Gaza

The only part of that which I feel inclined to respond to is to…once again…clarify that when I say zionist, I don’t mean Jews but mean exactly what I said…zionists.

A large part of what makes me disapprove of Israel’s actions is that innocent Jews get blamed for the actions of zionists. I see “Israel” as the creator of virtually all of the anti-Semitism that exists in the world today.

In my view it is obvious that people all over the world are upset that “Israel” is killing people by the thousands. Do you seriously believe people are “hating Israel” because Israelis are lighting too many menorah’s? Or spinning too many dreidels? Or donning tefillin too often? Or perhaps the millions of protesters are furious because Israelis are eating up all the world’s supply of gefilte fish? That’s just ludicrous. Of course its not animosity about religion…its about Israel’s ACTIONS.

Why can’t you see the obvious? Or is in not that you “can’t” but rather that you just “won’t” because deflecting to a conversation about alleged “Jew haters” is the only way you know how to avoid discussing Israel’s actions and in so doing, you are condoning the status quo and perpetuating the killing by diverting attention away from it?

How can you morally justify innocent people (Jews) all over the world facing the brunt of animosity generated by “Israel”? Doesn’t injustice make you angry? It should…and if it doesn’t then that is something you should spend some time contemplating. No, I’m not suggesting you lose all reason and take illegal actions, but if you can’t find it within yourself to honestly identify the connection between Israel’s actions and the resulting outrage of people all over the world…then I see little reason to believe that you genuinely have any concern for Jews.
