Perhaps some nations should be “banned” from the Olympics, but its not Israel, where despite
the Palestine NOC President assertion, that the Olympics is “the perfect platform to tell world of our suffering”,
{A} – the Olympics games are the platform to show the world that -1- international competition and
-2- good sportsmanship can help bring all the peoples of the world together, and promote peace among them.
And,
{B} – When nations and athletes do not support the competition and sportsmanship goals of the Olympics,
they should be sanctioned for things like -1- refusing to shake hands, and
-2- never be allowed to forget bringing terrorism to the games, like the 1972 Munich Games,
where PLO terrorists came to the Games and murdered members of Team Israel.
