As long as UN-Bodies didn’t fight back, as long as Justice isn’t enforced and keep up with campaigns and threads against International law, the eroding and undermining forces will not stop to behave in such ways of impunity.
Binding orders need consequences and willingly undermining UN-Bodies, UN-Charter, International humanitarian law, systemic violations of human rights must face Justice and have consequences.
UN shouldn’t stay neutral in situations which undermine UN and what it stands for.
