1. By treaty Egypt has the obligation to let pass any ship, including warships .

8. Hamas is responsable for civilian deaths by hiding, fighting in and from civilian infrastucture as schools, mosques, hospitals and residential areas, preventing civilians to leave, all warcrimes.
9. Hamas has infiltrated UNWRA, their commanders are frequently employed by it, their schools teach antisemitic learning, employees of UNWRA participated in october 7 atrocities.
10. The Quran states clearly the land of Israel belongs to the jews. Are muslims not considered to follow the Quran ?
11. Hamas charter states clearly Israel must be destroyed. Does not any state has both the right and duty to defend itself and its citizens ?
12 The reported civilian deaths include Hamas militants/terrorists, partly minors, children. The numbers furthermore are propaganda, as in any conflict.
All in all Hamas and UNWRA need to be eradicated and expulsed.
If Egyptians want Hamas to survive, they can host Hamas. Make it their problem.
