Did you ever ask yourself why the Arab Legion (from Jordan) was “the army in control of that area” of Hebron? Could it be, perhaps, that instead of accepting the UN’s 1947 partition (the first of many failed attempts to get the Arabs to accept a two state solution), Jordan invaded the newly formed state of Israel in an attempt to destroy the country and push the Jews into the sea?
