Please read what the Peace Treaties say about Palestinians and than read the Oslo accords that have been shattered by terrorism since day one. Did the Palestinians not commit to do what you mention in Point 2.
What makes you think that another so called Piiss Agreement will be complied with by the Palestinians?
They already had what they say they want but there was still terrorism 1948-1967 and Jordan even tried to capture more territory in 1967. What do you think the 1967 war was all about.
