Probably some hostages have been smuggled out of Gaza to more secure captivity locations. Locations within the umbrella jihadi movements in Egypt, Turkey, Jordan, Yemen, Lebanon, Syria, Iran and perhaps even in the Hamas and PIJ hideouts in the West Bank.
