Gvir is wrong. The only benefit of a death penalty is that there’d be no possibility or even a faint hope of murderers being released for future hostages. A death penalty has no effect on someone who believes in a heavenly reward where he gets to r*pe imaginary women for eternity. Or eat 72 raisins a day depending on one’s interpretation.
