You have a girl laying on the street being pulled by a rope. The men are pulling her to safety? Yet they are standing openly on the road. If a sniper would shoot a girl they CERTAINLY would shoot at military aged men. Then if you say they were pulling her from the intersection they kept pulling her far being that. No one seemed to be running to help her. No sounds from the girl as of she was in pain. Yet she is alert enough to hold onto the rope….
