Jewish soldiers go on getting killed, but their government and their Western allies are so much focused on the “day after” issues. There won’t be any day after outcome since what will happen on that day will resemble what’s been happening to date.
The occupying forces won’t have any respite as long as they remain in that Arab land. Period.
