That is your opinion, but it certainly isn’t something that is objectively measurable. Can you measure how Jewish someone is? If they fail to eat enough gefilte fish do they become less Jewish? What if they skip donning tefillin for a few years or don’t light a menorah? Can they make it up by spinning more dreidels and still qualify as Jewish?
