Hamas is not feeling the pain yet and neither are their supporters, enablers, and human shields. Perhaps The IDF and IAF need to switch to dumb bombs so that Allah gets more martyrs. Spain needs to concern itself more with Russia than with Israel. Russia is closer and NATO may cause the obliteration of Spain.
Go into Rafah’s perimeter on two prongs of attack and slowly force the Rafah residents to flee through the open route. Do that for about a week and Rafah will be left with Hamas and its human shields. Then just level the place.
