Houthis need to target vital Israeli infrastructure not some random buildings in Tel Aviv. So targets might include Eilat port, Ashkelon port, Ashkelon – Eilat oil pipeline, Ramon Airport, Eilat naval base, other military bases in Southern and Central districts of Israel.
