Its about time. The UN let Israel in contingent upon Israel complying with resolution 194…and 75 years later…still hasn’t been done.
I think they should suspend Israel’s membership UNTIL Israel complies.
It would be mostly symbolic since Israel ignores UN resolutions on a regular basis anyway…but, at least, it would make it clear that no UN member state is above the law and free to just ignore UN resolutions without some consequences.
