The issue for me is not whether this entity is a member of the UN or not but that this entity has no right to be on Arab land. In 1922 at the League of Nations, there were 48 Christian countries and only one Muslim country – Persia – deciding the fate of Palestine that was inhabited by Muslims. In 1947 at the United Nations, there were 44 Christian countries and 10 Muslim countries and of course all the Muslim countries voted against partition. 32 out of the 33 countries that voted for partition were Christian countries.
