According to the original Reuters article by Angelo Amante and Crispian Balmer which MEMO plagiarized without attribution (a civic felony and a crime against journalism) Meloni is only under investigation for matters relating to the release of a Libyan terrorist. No criminal intent is implied, rather it’s allegedly a security matter. A 2nd crime against journalism is the clumsy attempt to link this investigation to matters related to the ICC when there was no link mentioned by Reuter’s report.
Meloni stated she will not be intimidated by an Italian court. Libyan terrorist threats are another matter entirely.
