US foreign aid is a financial scheme that sends money from American taxpayers to unknown foreign entities and members of Congress approve them because they receive kickbacks.
From your local city manager to the President, financial gain by using the power gleaned from holding public office is the sole reason for likely 80%-90% of politicians to run in the first place. Long gone are the days of noble men who are driven to lead others for the betterment of mankind. It is the main reason for
our congressmen obscene gains of income.
Step 1-Identify a foreign country that is poor or at war
Step 2- approve aid package for that country
Step 3- Make yourself or someone close to you a business partner of the people or the entity that is receiving
Step 4- Receive kickback payments from your foreign business that received the aid money. Better yet, put the money in a nonprofit to save on taxes and to separate your side money from your personal finances.
Step 5- Rinse and repeat.
I’m sure much of the foreign aid we give to Israel is given back to the congress that do their bidding.
We give more foreign aid to Israel than all other countries combined. We are sending them more money than they need just so there will be enough for our congress to receive kickbacks.
