At a time when Justice needs to move at the speed of light, it is now moving the width of one electron per geologic age. In this instance, Justice should punish first, then officially determine “Israel’s” guilt at whatever leisurely pace the ICC participant’s wish.
At the rate they are going, the great great great great great great great grandchildren of the guilty are all going to be dead of old age before the never-ending “process” concludes. Its very reminiscent of the never ending “peace process” negotiations that “Israel” engaged in. The true objective was never peace, but instead, was just a perpetual “Process” which created delay and allowed them to keep stealing land, murdering, bulldozing homes, terrorizing civilians kidnapping children from their beds at night, using civilians as human shields, and building more illegal invasion camp “settlements”. A better solution in that situation would have been for the international community to simply tell “Israel” that they were free to build as many settlements as they wish, but for every residence they created there, TWO residences within “Israel” would be randomly destroyed. “Israel” would then decide on their own whether they preferred to stop building illegal settlements, or see their population dwindle.
