When Saddam invaded Kuwait in 1992, the 1 million Palestinian civilian population residing in Kuwait at the time, and who were given free education, medical care and other privileges by the Kuwaitis, showed their gratitude to the Kuwaitis, by joining the invading Iraqi army in looting, raping and murdering Kuwaitis.
