Don’t forget that these are a very scheming people and the
reason they keep asking for more weapons is because this is
a good time to ask for weapons when there is war going on.
It doesn’t mean that they need those weapons for the current
war but they want to keep them for future wars. In addition,
they want to make some profit by secretly selling the
weapons to other countries!
