You contradict yourself. If the Jews who migrated back to Israel weren’t really Jews then why did the Arabs of Iraq, Tunisia, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Libya, Yemen and Algeria persecute, attack and expel their own Jewish populations? Obviously these Arab countries saw no difference between one type of Jew and another.
According to Hamas (Fahti Hamad), half of Gazans are from Egypt, the other half from Saudi Arabia. The Bedouins of the south still refer to urban Arabs as askar Ibrahim Pasha” (Ibrahim Pasha’s soldiers) as they migrated from Egypt in the 1840s when Egypt invaded Syria. Periodic famines in the Hauran region of Syria brought in frequent migrants – why not, there was no border. So did British led industrialization to support the war effort during WW II. “Palestinian” is such a plastic identity you don’t know who you as a people are and where you came from.
