The ICJ seems to have redeemed itself, by denying S. Africa’s Racist attack upon the Jewish State, with
-1- “calls on Israel to ‘prevent and punish’ incitement to genocide,
-2- did not call on Israel to end its military campaign in Gaza or recommend a ceasefire,
-3- outlined only that humanitarian aid should be allowed into the enclave, and
-4- evidence of possible atrocities preserved”, such that
the ICJ seems likely to convict the Islamic Jihadist Hamas regime of Crimes Against Humanity.
