-1- Your so called “Palestine” was Not a State in 1947. It was just a British Mandate (& former Turkish Ottoman province),
when the UN Partition Plan was put forward. So, it was probably Not “illegal”.
However,
-2- We do agree that “the UN is Useless”, it’s UNSC Resolutions are too (181, 242, etc.),
and
-3- Your so called “Palestine has the right to” remain just a Palestinian Authority,
unless & until it negotiates itself into existence as a real sovereign state.
