it seems that Gaza hospitals operate in a very calm peaceful environment which nullifies all lies about catastrophic situation in Gaza. Two quick observation:
1 – the traffic is very limited, much less than in a typical LA plastic surgery clinic
2 – By standers (in the beginning) and medical staff around 30 second mark seem to be in a very good mode judging by the smiling and the laughter
