Hamas laid down the ground rules on Oct 7 by committing a genocidal massacre of men, women, and children and rounding up hostages of all ages with intent to draw Israel into Gaza, only to then prosecute the war from among civilian populations. —– No guesswork here
All charges should be on Hamas, who initiated this conflict and could have stopped it at any point in the last eight months by laying down their arms and releasing all the hostages. Instead they keep vowing to repeat more Oct 7’s.
