The Israel-Jordanian treaty delineates the middle of the Jordan River as the border. It could not renounce anything to anybody that was not theirs to start off with. Palestinians held citizenship in Jordan from 1948-1988 and as far as I know a country cannot take away someone’s citizenship at a whim as Jordan has done. Under UNSC242 Palestine is not a factor or even mentioned and the two High Contracting Parties ie Israel and Jordan have to cease belligerency and create a permanent border. That is now already done. I am not sure where any “Palestinian Territory ” comes into play. It did not exist with the League of Nations, UNSC242. UNSC 338 and the Peace treaties with e Egypt and Jordan.
