Yes Yandex is my top choice. The only drawback to it is their verification to stop automated searches is pretty sensitive and if you click through pages of search results too quickly, it thinks you are a bot and pops up the verification screen…at least that is what happens in America. As for finding content that Google filters hide though, it does an excellent job.
