Re: Netanyahu says ground operation in Gaza creates possibility of ‘getting our hostages out’ – Middle East Monitor

Unbeliavable…!?! That almost staggering level of humanity sounds so familiar. Wait, I remember… Excerpts from Uncle Adolf’s speeches in Danzig on September 19, 1939 and in the Reichstag on October 6, 1939…

I ordered the German Air Force to conduct humanitarian warfare – that is, to attack only fighting troops. The Polish Government and army leadership ordered the civilian population to carry on the war as francs-tireurs from ambush. It is very difficult under these circumstances to hold one’s self back. I want to stress that the democratic States should not imagine it must be that way. If they want it otherwise, they can have it otherwise. My patience can have limits here also. . . .

The attempt to convince the responsible Polish command – in so far as it existed – that it was futile and in fact insane to attempt resistance, especially in a city of more than a million inhabitants, proved entirely fruitless. A ‘generalissimo,’ who himself took to inglorious flight, forced upon the capital of his country a resistance which could never lead to anything but its destruction…

Maybe they should award Uncle Adolf a posthumous Nobel Peace Prize and give it to Bibi at the same time. Two leaders whose care to never cause unnecessary harm to anyone is almost astonishing…
