First of all Israel is not committing genocide. By striking schools, mosques, hospitals and other public places, the Geneva Convention considers these places as legal war targets once they are converted for military use and there is lots of evidence of Hamas doing this. They even uses ambulances to transport men and munitions. So to get the record straight, who is the aggressor in this war? It is Gaza, not Israel. They started it on 7th. Oct. So what happened on that date? Gaza fired over 5,000 rockets into Israel, each rocket a war crime because they were unguilded and meant to kill men, women and children wherever they landed. Then Gaza massacred over 200 men, women and children in Israel who were just attending a music festival, a clear case of genocide, as well as a war crime. Then Gaza took over 200 people in Israel as hostages, again people not armed and non combatant and no threat, a third war crime. Israel had no choice but to defend themselves and now Gaza is accusing Israel of the very war crimes they committed themselves on the first day of this war. Why did Gaza force this war on Israel after losing 4 previous ones to them since 2006? They now have over 40,000 dead, up to 90,000 injured and damages that will take 10 years and 20 billion to rebuild. This is a plain case of people using their hate to guide their actions instead of common sense. No sympathy here, except for their children who don’t deserve this.
