It should not be accepted by the international community to let either Israeli and US-Government of the hook to evade their responsibility to pay their share to fund reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.
The amount of deaths must be stopped, but it wouldn’t end by ceasefire alone all parties know that people keep dying much longer after such devastation. The deaths would definitely not end if the Gaza Strip is kept under a crippling military siege with severe access restrictions in place.
