There is one strategy Israel can still use and provided that USA, EU ,ICC, ICJ and Un is on board.
Give the Gazans a 60 days ultimatum. You will withdraw all your forces and expel all UN Aid agencies for 60 days. No food, aid or anything else enters Gaza during that time. The Gazans decide whether they live or die. Israel just seals all borders and does not even retaliate for any Hamas provocations.
The Gazans within that 60 days must deliver all the hostages and the Hamas leadership , dead or alive. A grace period of another could be negotiated. If at the end there are no tangible final results, Israel has the right to start expelling each and every Gazan to Egypt or any other country and destroy all that sustains the population.
This must be a signed agreement with the parties that I enumerated.
