Talent agencies are not employers. They don’t make the movies themselves. They only match the people and the contracts as an intermediary.
Whoever this “UTA” (Urinary Tract Affliction ?) is, they just added their agency name to the cancel list. Movies these days are more about pushing agendas and propagandizing, so profit is really no longer a concern for movie makers, but once they figure out that hiring certain agencies for their productions is getting their message ignored, then they will simply start choosing other agencies.
