Just so you are aware of it–the majority of Israeli Jews today are not the descendants of the original European Zionists (Ashkenazi) but are Mizrahi (the Jews expelled from Arab/Muslim countries and their descendants), Africans/Ethiopians, etc. The Ashkenazi are a decided minority.
