I’d add that Israel CANNOT stop the international press from being on the ground in Lebanon. The truth will be reported.
I don’t expect the IDF will be sending their troops too far over the border, where they’d be sitting ducks.
Therefore, the PRESS on the ground will operate without threat of being shot by IDF snipers.
So yes, Israel is pushing for a regional war as this episode so eloquently argues. Give it a listen.
