Re: Palestinian-American lawyer offers free help to campus protesters

No such thing as free help as it will cost her office, man/woman hours of work, court briefs, filing fees, even a minor misdemeanor can be a $1000 fine. In New York, resisting arrest is a class A misdemeanor punishable by up to 364 days in jail. Resting arrest with violence, throwing objects, striking an officer is a serious felony.

§ 42.82 Revocation of visas. (a) Grounds for revocation by consular officers. A consular officer, the Secretary, or any Department official to whom the Secretary has delegated this authority is authorized to revoke an immigrant visa at any time, in his or her discretion.
