Honestly speaking the P.A. has been a money-leeching organization controlled by its privileged senior employees, and quite frankly incapable of even organising a trip to the little boys’ room, let alone an operations room. The P.A. was/is so thoroughly corrupt, that back in the elections, the desperate Palestinians voted in a holy-war party, with Honey-trap becoming the Prime Minister. If they had a brain, they would be lonesome. The biggest problem with the P.A. is that they are fat cats instead of working folks.
