This is an aspect of nearly all wars. The non combatants attempt, by doing whatever they can to survive. One of those ways is to escape the war zone. As we saw in Syria, millions left in those years of war. But the Gazans have not been allowed to escape. Obviously they cannot escape into the country that they just attacked. The country on the other side, Egypt, extracts a very steep price for transit fees. The Gaza jihadi regime also charges an arm and a leg for exit fees. So essentially, the Gazans, by constantly shifting their tents, go from one safer-zone to the next safer-zone, in hopes to avoid being injured or killed during the combat.
