The Ashkenazi hate to identify as European but they love to identify as Middle Eastern. But the problem is that nothing about the Ashkenazi Middle Eastern because they are completely a European people who had never lived anywhere in the Middle East before arriving as Zionists in 1882. Everything about them looks so alien to the people of the Middle East.
