The bodies were those of Gazan terrorists who invaded Israel and committed a massacre on Oct 7. Hamas should conform to the ICJ ruling that they must immediately and unconditionally return ALL of the hostages they kidnapped on that day. Where is MEMO demanding this? Nowhere!
