Israel would not be giving these instructions to flee, unless there is evidence Hamas is using that facility for war purposes.
Certainly if the roles were reversed, Hamas would never give such warning. This situation is not complicated. Gazans’ support Hamas using these facilities for war, the same as they support Hamas using them as human shields. The best example is the year and a half “great march of return”. Parents allowed Hamas to buss their children every week for all of this time to the front lines of this march where 46 children were killed and nearly 8,000 injured. Now someone tell me what kind of parents do this? The only answer I have is that they are complicit with what Hamas is doing.
