If you look at the books, in the schools there is no recognized Palestine no mention that it is Occupied Palestinian territory, now declared illegally occupied by the ICJ rulings and order.
For Germany there is still only Israel mapped in the books.
In another 2 court decisions and orders, the Palestinian people as a group of people under occupation in the Westbank and especially Gaza, the court ordered provisional measures, to prevent and protect, the Palestinian people as a group of people especially in Gaza, from the possibility of serious harm inflicted on them, as a group of people.
UN Member States therefore had the obligation to abide by the courts order and it’s decisions to prevent and protect the Palestinian people as a group of people, from potential serious harm inflicted on them, their right’s to existence is possibly under thread, Germany did not adopt the ICJ rulings, it even did not recognized Palestinians as a group of people which need to be protected and their inalienable rights preserved.
Stateless and with no rights with need to be protected by germany or to abide and adopt the ICJ’s provisional measures or the other ICJ’s decisions, which mentioned the illegality of the occupation and the people under thread deprived of their inalienable rights.
Germany did not adopted it and/or sees any need of a group of people namely the Palestinians in their occupied territory in need to be protected.
