Quit pro quo? The Israeli Government has blamed since quite a while egypt, jordan and iran to bring in weaponry trough the border to palestinians to arm resistance groups in the Westbank, Jordan denied such claims, also egypt… Now Israeli settlers are heavily armed by the Israeli Government.
It fits very well the narrative which, the Israeli Government, was talking about in official statements since quite a while… I just could not trust the narrative, that Jordan is to blame and accused having failed or that this incident just helped the Israeli Government to now have a case of evidence, to accuse and put blame on Jordan and something to further besiege the Palestinians in the Westbank, definitely something, which should to be kept in mind and make all wondered and aware!
Again, it just fits all too quite, very well the Israeli narrative! And gives the Israeli Government this evidence as excuse to close and besiege the Palestinians in the Westbank.
