Arresting\kidnapping innocent Palestinians is par for the course for Israel.
Clearly, Israel uses arresting/kidnapping as an instrument of terror.
Torturing those arrested/kidnapped while in custody is another instrument of terror.
Releasing back to the general population? What, so the victims can share their harrowing ordeals with their fellow Palestinians?
Thats part of Israel’s calculus. To terrorize.
Meanwhile it only pushes more Palestinians to join the Hamas resistance.
