The NYT piece that was to be the bombshell exposé for this blood libel spent most of its time explaining away the utter lack of forensic evidence by claiming a supposed Jewish tradition of immediate burial, and the poster-child victim, the ‘woman in black’, and her family now claims that the NYT misled them and that they NEVER claimed that she had been raped.
