That’s the same wherever US military is involved. From profiteering and state sanctioned drug running in SE Asia, through Central and South America, Afghanistan etc, it wasn’t the local corruption at fault. The common feature is always the USA and only the USA. There’s more honor in a desert Arab’s stools than could be found throughout Washington and the Pentagon.
